    Repair your broken tube system carriage latch - Don't replace the tubes!

    DESCRIPTION

    If your machine is telling you "Open window and check printhead cover is properly closed," the most likely cause is the upper frame on the ink tube system is cracked or broken. The printhead cover on the carriage locks into the lower latch in the ink tube system. If the lower latch is compromised, the machine will not function. 

    This kit includes: 

    • Heavy-Duty Latch Frame --Built to LAST

    • Torx T-8 and T-15 bits required to perform the repair

    • Strip of black plastic tape to reinforce the lower frame, and contain ink tubes in their proper channels

    • Purple Latch for the printhead cover (optional)

    • Lifetime Warranty

    For use with: HP Designjet 500, 510, 800 24" and 42" printers.
